A CHANGE Is Coming to This Disney World Hotel Perk SOON

If you are staying at a Disney World Resort hotel, you need to make sure you are taking advantage of the exclusive perks! Not only can you enjoy all the amenities of the hotel, but you can also get free transportation, free parking at the theme parks, Early Entry into the theme parks, and early access to make Lightning Lane reservations. Plus, you might be able to take advantage of free water park tickets, and if you are staying at select Disney World hotels, you can also enjoy Extended Evening Hours.

If you are staying at a Disney World hotel, you may as well make full use of the perks that come with being a hotel guest! One of these perks will be getting a bit of a change in January 2026. Don’t worry, the perk will still be available, but we wanted to give you a heads-up about the change.

Extended Evening Hours will move to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for one day near the end of January 2026.

Extended Evening Hours allow guests staying at a Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Walt Disney World Resort hotel to enjoy extra hours at a select park on select nights. This perk is only offered at a select park on a select night. Unlike Early Entry, which is offered every day at all four Disney World theme parks. Extended Evening Hours also provide guests with two extra hours inside the select theme park, whereas Early Entry allows hotel guests to enter the theme park 30 minutes before it opens to all other guests. While Early Entry is still a great perk, you can get lots more done during the two hours of Extended Evening Hours.

During early January 2026, Extended Evening Hours have been taking place at EPCOT on Mondays and Magic Kingdom on Wednesdays. But, on Monday, January 26th, hotel guests will be able to enjoy Extended Evening Hours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This is the only date it’ll be offered in Hollywood Studios for several upcoming weeks.

In January, all four Disney World theme parks will offer Extended Evening Hours at some point. Here is a look at the current schedule for Extended Evening Hours at Disney World:

Thursday, January 1st — Animal Kingdom, 8PM – 10PM
Monday, January 5th — EPCOT, 9PM – 11PM
Wednesday, January 7th — Magic Kingdom, 9PM – 11PM
Monday, January 12th — EPCOT, 9PM – 11PM
Wednesday, January 14th — Magic Kingdom, 9PM – 11PM
Monday, January 19th — EPCOT, 9PM – 11PM
Wednesday, January 21st — Magic Kingdom, 9PM – 11PM
Monday, January 26th — Hollywood Studios, 9PM – 11PM
Wednesday, January 28th — Animal Kingdom, 6PM – 8PM

Wednesday, March 25th — Magic Kingdom, 9:30M – 11:30PM

Extended Evening Hours for April 2026 (as announced so far) are:
