If you’re a foodie visiting Walt Disney World, it truly is the “most wonderful time of the year.” Not only is the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival about to put a bow on its celebratory 2025 season, but another of our favorite events is about to happen in conjunction with it!
Each year, the Swan & Dolphin Resorts stage a special weekend in conjunction with the final weeks of EPCOT’s premier festival: The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic! This annual ticketed event, which kicks off on November 14th, will feature gourmet cuisine from award-winning chefs, fine wines, beers, and spirits from around the world, along with live entertainment, educational seminars, and even fireworks to put a bow on the experience.
The highlight of the event will be the various food offerings from the resorts’ restaurants, which are served along the Michael Graves Causeway (named for the designer behind the hotels’ unique look) connecting the Swan and the Dolphin. 2025’s offerings include:
Bourbon Steak will offer Red Wine Braised Wagyu Short Rib, served with celery root espuma, shallot, and marmalade on both Friday and Saturday.
Smokin’ D’s BBQ will offer Applewood Smoked Bacon (with sweet corn purée, jicama-fennel vinegar slaw, and pumpkin seed romesco) on Friday, and Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek (brûléed pearl onion rings, roasted garlic boniato foam, burnt miso and ginger barbecue sauce, pomegranate pickled komachi turnip, and mizuna) on Saturday.
Todd English’s Bluezoo is offering both Stir-Fried Rice with blue crab, Florida Gulf shrimp, tempura shiitakes, and Asian Fried Spare Ribs with Okinawa sweet potato purée, crispy slaw, lime chili glaze, and edamame on Friday and Saturday.
Cabana Bar and Beach Club will offer a Chirashi Bowl (cured Salmon, seasoned sushi rice, shoyu Egg, wakame, pickled radish, cucumber, edamame, and sriracha Aioli) on Friday and Pork Belly Bao (slow-cooked pork belly, Hoisin glaze, pickled carrot, cucumber, Fresno Chili, cilantro, crushed corn nuts, and a steamed soft bun) on Saturday.
The Fountain’s Friday offering will be a Mini Smash Burger (featuring American Wagyu Beef, American Cheese, caramelized onion, Roma Tomato, garlic aioli, on a cheddar-jalapeno slider roll) on Friday, and a Mini Chili Dog (an all-beef frank, soft bun, and house-made beef chili) on Saturday.
Il Mulino New York Trattoria will offer Ricotta Cappelletti (a handcrafted pasta with house-made citrus ricotta filling, slow-cooked Angus Beef ragu, crispy pancetta breadcrumbs) on Friday and Arancini Di Sicilia with breaded Arborio Rice cones, eggplant caponata, and Pomodoro on Saturday.
Kimonos will offer Truffle Spicy Tuna with crispy Shrimp, Gochujang Mayo, sweet soy glaze, fried shallots, and micro shiso on Friday, and Blue Crab with pickled cucumber, avocado, beet, tempura flakes, yuzu, scallion cream, and black tobiko on Saturday.
Amare will offer Sabich (Fried eggplant, Israeli Salad, pickled watermelon radish, Tahini Garlic Sauce, amba, micro parsley, and mini pita) on Friday, and Green Falafel with Tahini Labneh, Calabrian Chili Oil, seasonal pickles, and pomegranate seeds on Saturday.
Garden Grove will offer Grilled Haloumi, with Calabrian Chili Honey, smoked eggplant, couscous, salad, and roasted vegetables on Friday, and Pan Fried Corn Griddle Cakes (Stewed black beans, Poblano Peppers, Papaya, and Aji Amarillo) on Saturday.
Lagoon – Games, Lanes & Eats will offer Fried Chicken Sliders (Hand-battered chicken breast, orange blossom, hot sauce, pickle chips, on a toasted bun) on Friday and the Dockside Steak Melt (Shaved beef with caramelized onions & mushrooms, Provolone Cheese, aioli on a mini hoagie bun) on Saturday.
In addition to these offerings from the hotel’s restaurants, the festival will also offer several other areas, including:
Chinatown, which will offer:
- Pan Fried Shrimp & Pork Dumplings – Ginger & black vinegar dipping sauce, house-made chili oil, and Yu Chen’s Crispy Chili Oil.
- Shu Mein – Shanghai noodle, braised tofu, shiitake mushroom, bamboo, and vegan broth.
- Pan Fried Zucchini & Scallion Pancakes – Hand-shredded beef, Chinkiang Vinegar Sauce, and XO Sauce.
- Steamed Sticky Rice Siu Mai – Shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, mushroom oyster sauce, ginger & black vinegar dipping sauce, and chili oil.
For The Love Of Florida, which will offer:
- Fried Apalachicola Oyster Sliders – Black pepper and scallion coleslaw, key lime “mignonette” jam
- Citrus Habanero Marinated Crispy Pork Shoulder – “Griot”, rice pilaf, stewed red beans, and Pikliz.
- Galbi Jang Gulf Shrimp – Soy braised elephant garlic, pickled cucumber, crispy zucchini chips, and Korean barbecue glaze.
- “Orange Peel” Beef – Florida beef tenderloin, red pepper, Hamlin Orange Glaze, Jicama-Cabbage Slaw, toasted macadamia nuts.
A Beer Garden, which will offer:
- Crispy Fried Chicken Wings – Rickey’s Own Wing Sauce, tempura crunch, buttermilk ranch dressing.
- “No-Neck” Nachos – Crispy corn tortilla chips, slow-cooked heritage breed pork, chipotle aioli, pickled red onion, and chili con queso.
- Smashed Fingerling Potatoes – Hand-crushed potatoes, imported Pecorino Romano Cheese, soft herbs, and white truffle oil.
Carnival Corner, which will offer:
- Korean Corn Dogs – A turkey hot dog, cheddar, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
- “pineapple upside down” Funnel Cake – DOLE Whip Sous Vide Pineapple, and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- Mini Smoked “Turkey” Legs – Chicken drumlettes, with citrus miso & molasses glaze, crispy cracked corn.
Bubbles Lounge, which will offer:
- Smoked Buttered Popcorn Mousse – Pumpernickel, quince, leeks, toasted walnuts.
- House Cured Salmon – Served in a wonton cup with dill Crème Fraiche, citrus caviar, and fennel polle, and Truffle Yukon Gold potato chips.
- Parmesan Crisps – Prosciutto, roasted peppers, Balsamic Caviar.
- Miniature Brie Tart – Poached pear, roasted Georgia Pecans, fig caviar.
Several Sweets & Desserts will also be offered, including:
- Chocolate Pecan Caramel Tart
- Green Tea, Lime Mango Mousse Dome
- The Cherry
- Blood Orange Guava Crème Brûlée
- Strawberry Mousse, Basil Lemon Olive Oil Cake Parfait
- Key Lime Pomegranate Tart
- Chocolate Cassis Mousse
- Sweet Corn Ice Cream Cone
In addition to all that food, the event will also offer wines from Argentina, Australia, California, France, Japan, New Zealand, Oregon, Spain, and Washington, and beers from across the U.S.
The 2025 edition of the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic — the 16th in the event’s history — will take place on the weekend of November 14th and 15th, with operating hours of 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM each day.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic offers a collection of dishes from some of the resort’s best restaurants, all in a beautiful setting.
