It’s no secret that Walt Disney World Annual Passholders receive a lot of perks along with their membership; however, some fly under the radar.
I’ve been writing about Disney theme parks for over 7 years, and during that period, I’ve seen Disney World Annual Pass perks change along with prices, tiers, and blackout dates. While the most popular perks tend to revolve around savings on souvenirs, there are others that some guests might not even think of.
Food & Merchandise
Before we get to some of the more under-the-radar AP perks, a quick word for a pair of the best-known. Passholders can save big on merchandise across the resort, even at some non-Disney-owned stores at Disney Springs. Discounts range from 10%-20%, sometimes more. Note that these discounts are for personal use only, meaning they don’t want you sharing it with your friends. It’s also only valid on certain items and may not be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion.”
Annual Passholders can also save 10% on their meal at most restaurants across the resort. Of note, these discounts are only for the use of Passholders and, unless otherwise noted, up to 3 Guests, only during each location’s regular dining hours, unless otherwise noted, and not valid on certain menu items and may not be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion.
Parking Included
Let’s begin with one of the biggest AP savings: Parking. All levels of Disney World Annual Passes include parking across the Walt Disney World Resort. While that may not sound like much in theory, parking at Disney’s theme parks currently costs $35 per day for a standard car or motorcycle and either $50, $55, or $60 per day (depending on the day) for preferred car or motorcycle parking. It adds up quick.
Parkhopper Included
Annual passes also include Park Hopper privileges, allowing Passholders to visit multiple parks a day. To add that option to a standard park ticket costs somewhere in the range of $100 per ticket.
Save on Special Ticket Events
Annual Passholders can save on tickets to special events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. For example, Annual Passholders buying tickets to the latter can save $10 per ticket for event dates from November 7th to November 21st and November 30th to December 4th, 2025.
Special Previews
In recent years, Disney has offered Annual Passholders the chance to experience previews of new attractions before the general public. In recent years alone, we’ve seen this with Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Test Track, and the upcoming Zootopia: Better Zoogether show at Animal Kingdom.
This perk will likely only increase in value in the coming years thanks to upcoming projects like the Muppet Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster, Piston Peak, Monsters, Inc. land, and Villains Land, all of which will likely have massive demand upon their openings.
Freedom to Come and Go Without Pressure
Annual Passholders can relax and enjoy the parks at their own pace without worrying about missing their “chance” to experience a ride, show, or attraction. If something goes down, they can simply experience it next time.
Exclusives!
And, of course, there are exclusive collectibles, including magnets, buttons, and other similar knick-knacks. While these souvenirs may seem minor in the grand scheme of things, they’re some of our favorite Disney offerings, and the evolving characters featured make them a nice little collection to build year after year.
These are just a few things offered to Disney World Annual Passholders. They recieve special merchandise, discounts, exclusive access to certain spots around the parks, and so much more as well. We will be keeping an eye on everything offered for Annual Passholders, along with price increases and new discounts! Stay tuned to DFB for more.

As a incredi pass annual Passholder for many years I am disappointed I am not able to get all magnets because I live out of state and can’t always come during the distribution time. They use to mail them out and was always a nice surprise.
