October Is the Most Confusing Month in Disney World and We Have PROOF

Something NEW has arrived in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Christmas Trees have arrived in Hollywood Studios!

The first Christmas decorations have arrived in the park, and we are starting to feel the Christmas spirit. We know what you might be thinking: but it is only October! Although it may seem early, Disney’s quick turnaround from Halloween to Christmas often leads to decorations being put up early, helping to alleviate some of the pressure during the transition.

They may still be bundled up and not fully on display yet, but we are already dreaming of the twinkling lights and festive decorations throughout Hollywood Studios. While we were out in the parks, we spotted some Christmas trees bundled up in front of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway!

These are the first Christmas decorations we have spotted in Hollywood Studios so far, but we are keeping our eyes peeled for the iconic star lights on Sunset Boulevard and the arrival of twinkling lights. It may only be October, but Disney World is already prepping for the holiday season!

If you want to celebrate the holiday season in style at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, then you need to check out Jollywood Nights. It is a separately ticketed event taking place on select nights from November 8th through December 22nd, with lots of festive fun. You can meet lots of unique characters, enjoy special live entertainment, snack on festive treats, and more.

You can also enjoy festive fun at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom or the Festival of the Holidays at EPCOT! Additionally, you will find all sorts of Christmas decorations all around Disney World Resort. There are decorations in all of the parks, and many of the hotels will have special holiday decorations. There is so much Christmas magic at Disney World during the holiday season!
