If there’s one thing you can count on in Disney World this year — and possibly in 2026 — it’s that a lot of things will probably be closed during your stay.
Saratoga Springs Resort
The parks are seeing an unprecedented amount of construction as new lands and expansions are built. Some rides are closed for updates. Disney World is also busy at hotels, updating lobbies and rooms. At one hotel, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, a pool and restaurant will be closing soon for routine maintenance.
At Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, we want to remind you about the upcoming closure of The Paddock Pool and The Paddock Grill on October 13th. Both are set to close for routine maintenance. The Disney World website indicates that both will be closed at least through early December, so we do not have an official reopening date.

During that time, though, you’ll still have access to other pools at the resort, including the High Rock Spring Pool, which has waterfalls, zero-depth entry, and a 128-foot waterslide. Nearby, you can enjoy drinks and snacks at On The Rocks Pool Bar. The resort also has three leisure pools with whirlpool spas if you’re looking for some quieter pool time at the Treehouse Villas, Congress Park, and The Grandstand. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants at the resort, including Turf Club Bar and Grill (this one is pretty underrated!).
