If you’ve never had the chance to go to an After Hours event at Disney World, you could be missing out on the magic of ride after ride with no lines.
There are different After Hours at three of the four parks right now, where, after the park closes, you can spend hours snagging free snacks, hopping on rides with almost no lines, and enjoying the serenity of an empty theme park. If you’re staying at a Disney World Hotel soon, you get to grab your After Hours tickets early.
Guests at select Disney World Hotels can purchase the After Hours events now, while all other guests can start purchasing them on October 14th for tickets in 2026.
For Magic Kingdom, events take place on select nights between January 12th to July 27th, 2026, including:
- January 12th and 19th

- May 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th
- June 1st, 22nd, and 29th
- July 13th and 27th
The events run from 10 PM to 1 AM and cost between $175 and $199 per ticket. It does not include your ticket during the day, so it’s great for check-in days where you might be getting a later start on your park day.
Hollywood Studios After Hours runs on select nights from January 14th to September 12th, 2026, including:

- September 16th and 24th
These tickets cost between $155 and $179, depending on the date, and the event runs from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
Right now, there are no After Hours in Animal Kingdom, and the events stop around August in Magic Kingdom due to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can also save $30 per ticket at After Hours at Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.
As a hotel guest, you’ll need to book your After Hours for dates during your upcoming stay, including guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and Shades of Green.
Who’s ready to go to an After Hours event? While tickets don’t necessarily sell out as quickly as holiday parties do, if you know it’s something you and your family are interested in, it’s always good to start early.
