Did you know there are some secret Halloween activities in Disney World that don’t require a park ticket?
We’re big fans of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels because they get many of the same perks as Disney Resorts, while also having pretty decent pricing (they’re literally right next to Hollywood Studios — you can’t beat that location for the price!). But one of the extra fun things about this resort is that it has specialty Halloween offerings, and you don’t even have to go to a theme park to participate!
October 31st-November 2nd, you’ll find several limited-time offerings at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin for the Not-So-Spooky Halloween Weekend Celebration. This is a great way to have some family-friendly fun during your vacation without spending the extra dough on a park ticket.
Throughout the weekend, you and your family can check out Mystical Face Painting, a scavenger hunt, an inflatable maze, specialty arts and crafts, hair braiding, and a poolside DJ spinning “monstrous mashups.” That sounds like a great time!
On Halloween specifically, the resort will host trick-or-treating as well as a costume contest for its guests. So don’t forget to pack your best fit for a chance to win! Throughout the month of October, those visiting can find specialty cocktails and mocktails around the restaurants at the three hotels, and when dining, anyone in a Halloween costume will receive a “treat” from the chef.
Does this not-so-spooky fun sound like a good time? Well, if you’d like to book this hotel, you can use the SPOOKY rate for stays until October 31st, 2025. Rates with this deal start at just $209 per night, and for a resort that gets some of the same perks as the Disney Deluxe Resorts, that’s a STEAL. Call 800-227-1500 or book online.
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop with any other Halloween season offerings in Disney World — it’s spooky season, y’all!
