There are so many spots to eat at Disney Springs, it can get overwhelming knowing where to go. As a Disney Springs local, I never know which spot to try since there are so many great options.
Mole Chicken Nacho Fries
We recently headed to the Daily Poutine to check out a new item, and let’s just say these didn’t disappoint.
Meet the Mole Chicken Nacho Fries, you can grab them for $10.49. These are fries topped with Mole Chicken, White Queso, Pickled Onions, Pico de Gallo, and Sour Cream.
Look at all the toppings
First up, let’s talk about the portion size. This bowl is PACKED with so many fries and tons of toppings. The fries were thick, and while they weren’t crispy, they held up well and had that golden brown color we love.

The toppings were where it was. There was so much, and it packed a kick without being overwhelmingly spicy. You could tell the pico de gallo was freshly made because all the pieces were cut up in different sizes, giving it a homemade feel. We loved the chunks of jalapeño in it and the spice it brought. The white queso also had some spice but was creamy and brought the whole dish together.
Diving in
Worried about too much spice? The sour cream on top helped cut down the heat. It tasted like there was lime mixed into the sour cream, which brought a fresh and light flavor to the otherwise heavy dish. The pickled onions were one of our favorite parts because they gave a great bite of acidity and brightness.
Packed with flavor
Overall, the Mole Chicken Nacho Fries were so good, and we love that the portion is shareable. Don’t be surprised if you see us coming back and getting it again at the Daily Poutine at Disney Springs. Make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more.
