REVIEW: This EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Treat Is a Hidden GEM

The 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to Block and Hans to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out!

Drinks

Last year, we found the non-boozy version of this drink to be a refreshing drink on a hot Florida day — but it did melt fast!

Frozen Chipotle-Pineapple Lemonade

For 2025, the non-boozy version is $6.75 while the version with Tito’s Vodka is priced at $17.50. This drink is a big step up from the Cherry-Lime Slush at Regal Eagle. The lemonade and pineapple balance beautifully. It’s tart, sweet, and refreshing without one flavor overpowering the other. The “chipotle” element comes entirely from the chili-lime salt rim, which brings serious heat. Honestly, it left our reporter’s mouth on fire afterward, and that’s not exactly what you might want from a frozen, refreshing drink. The rim makes it more savory-spicy, which some will love.

The slush itself, though, is excellent. Because the spice isn’t mixed in, you can simply order it without the rim and enjoy the lemonade-pineapple combo on its own. If you’re into spicy cocktails or drinks with a kick, this could be your festival favorite. But if you’d rather keep your frozen lemonade light and refreshing, skip the rim to get the best version.

OVERALL

Is this an absolute stop on your Food & Wine Festival day? Probably not if you have a lot of other must-dos. It is a good drink, but you can find something more unique at other booths along the way. Since this is the only festival item here, you might not want to go out of your way for it.
