Buckle up. We’re preparing for Disney NEWS, NEWS, and more NEWS. The Destination D23 fan event is coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort this August, and if you managed to snag a ticket for this *extremely* popular event, there are a few important things you need to know.

First of all, for those who are NOT attending the event, consider this your warning: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is going to be BUSY between August 29th and August 31st. The D23 event will be hosted at the resort, bringing together Disney fans, executives, Imagineers, and reporters to learn about the company’s future plans. In order to prepare, here’s what you need to know about the updated parking rules throughout the Destination D23 event.
Disney recently released a new set of parking guidelines for those staying at Coronado Springs Resort during Destination D23. If you have a resort reservation, you have the following options:
- You may park near your room or use valet service
- You must use a Key to the World Card or MagicBand to confirm your reservation at security
- No driving to the Convention Center — please walk or take a Disney bus to Stop 1 – Tower (Gran Destino)
- Additional bus service to the Convention Center runs from 6 AM to 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday

If you do NOT have a resort reservation, but plan to attend the event, Disney stated that you must:
- Park offsite at ESPN Wide World of Sports (August 29th–31st)
- Shuttles from ESPN will drop off guests at the Convention Center entrance
- Rideshare drop-off/pick-up is at El Centro (limited availability and potential delays due to holiday demand)
- Security will check parking placards at Coronado; Those without one will be redirected to ESPN

ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World
Now, listen up — this is important! Disney stated that NO transportation will be provided from other Disney (or non-Disney) resorts. You may use rideshare or park at ESPN and take shuttles.
