If you’re visiting Disney World’s parks and you’re looking for breakfast, sometimes your options are limited.
Of course, there are always character dining experiences to book, plus you can always grab something to eat at one of the Starbucks locations in the park. However, if you’re looking for a breakfast in EPCOT, you’re about to have a new option…at least during the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. That’s because a new breakfast buffet is coming to the France Pavilion!
The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival begins on August 28th and runs through November 22nd. As a special event during the festival, you’ll be able to have a breakfast buffet at Chefs de France where you can “Indulge in a traditional French breakfast experience that transports you straight to the cafés of Paris.” Yes, yes, we know, a traditional Parisian cafe breakfast is usually a bitter coffee and a croissant, but hear us out…
The buffet will consist of assorted French pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, almond croissants, and more. Plus there will be freshly baked baguettes, premium cheeses, and artisanal cured meats. Smoked salmon and fresh fruit will also be on the buffet. So it’s a traditional French breakfast done the American way…ALL YOU CAN EAT. Now, we are totally down with all you can eat pastries and bread, so this sounds AMAZING.
But that’s not all. You’ll also be able to drink unlimited mimosas (!!!), fruit juices, and freshly brewed coffee. So it’s a plussed up French-style breakfast. The buffet will be available during this time every Friday and Saturday from 9 AM through 10:30 AM and cost $64.95 per person.
This is actually a returning special event, but we haven’t seen it since before 2020. However, we were last at this buffet in 2019 and found it to be delicious and a good value, so we’re looking forward to checking out again now that it’s back.
So if that sounds good, reservations for this breakfast will open on August 12th for seatings that will begin on September 5th.
We’ll be keeping an eye out for more special events at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

Hello – I booked tickets for the Food and Wine Festival for August 28th, but your article says it starts on the 29th. Can you please look into this? Thank you!
You know what they need to bring back for F&W? The cooking & mixology demonstrations!
Hi Debbie! The Food and Wine Festival begins on August 28th. I have updated the dates in the article.
What time will online reservations open for this event on August 12?
Thank you
Any updates? It’s still not showing available to book on MDE?
It finally opened up reservations late yesterday, shortly before the food menus for the food booths finally became available. So hard for a planner! Tammy
Do you know if this will be included in the dining plan?
