A brand-new restaurant has just opened at Disney World!
We’re pumped!
Celebrity chef, Michael Mina, leads a brand-new restaurant called Bourbon Steak at Disney World’s Dolphin and Swan Resort! We’re so excited for this new dining spot, and it’s mouth-watering, perfectly seared steaks, shareable sides, and more. It was set to open on July 26th, but they surprised us with a soft opening on the 24th!
Chef Mina is a well-known chef worldwide. Mina owns over 40 restaurants across the globe, and that only looks to be going upward. He has other restaurants located in Florida, including another Bourbon Steak located in Aventura. He also has a Prime 54 in Miami Beach. So if you’re a fan of Mina and you’re in Florida, there are some places you need ot check out!
Bourbon Steak!
Mina’s next stop is Orlando, and more specifically, Disney World. Fans are excited to try all the new offerings. Bourbon Steak will give guests a reimagined modern take on the quintessential American steakhouse. Indulge in all sorts of premium food, including beef, seafood, signature desserts, and a list of beverage options.

This location is a fine dining spot, which could be great for a date night, anniversary, or whatever occasion you want to celebrate. There is also a Bourbon Steak Lounge available at the resort as well — for those looking to grab a drink.

Disappointed that Shula’s is gone. Read that this Bourbon Steak house is really expensive. Will probably try it once to see if it is worth the cost, but I knew Shula’s was worth it.
