Four Disney World restaurants received a perfect bill of health in June!
New data released by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation shows that several Disney World restaurants had zero violations reported during routine food inspections in June.
Routine restaurant inspections are performed periodically at the Florida county level as part of the ongoing food safety system. These inspections are unannounced, so the restaurant doesn’t receive prior notice before the inspector arrives.
According to recent data, there were 986 restaurant inspections across Central Florida in June, and only 173 had no issues reported for the entire month. The list included four Disney World restaurants that received zero violations during their inspections.
In Magic Kingdom, two Tomorrowland locations made the list, with both Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies and The Lunching Pad receiving zero violations.
Harambe House, the ultra-exclusive Club 33 location in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, also got a clean bill of health with zero violations in June.
And finally, Typhoon Tilly’s, a counter service location at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, also made the list of locations with zero violations.
Before you start totally switching up all of your Disney World dining plans, that does NOT mean that all of the other restaurants around the resort had violations reported in June. Routine inspections aren’t performed at every single restaurant each month, so if you don’t see a particular restaurant on the list, it’s possible that they just didn’t have a June inspection.
In other words, this is great news for the restaurants named, but it doesn’t automatically mean that other Disney World restaurants wouldn’t also get a similarly clean bill of health.
