REVIEW: We Just Bought This New Disney World Snack SO FAST… Here's Why

Okay, so there are just some flavors that naturally go together, and Disney World knows how to make that work, y’all.

Corn Dog Nuggets AND Plastic Cheese? Perfect Match. Corn Dogs and…Pickles? Well, who would’ve thunk it, but it works. Peanut Butter and Jelly? Well, one of our favorite all-time Disney World milkshakes brings those flavors together. Well, if you want even more Peanut Butter and Jelly goodness, a NEW sweet treat just dropped in Disney’s Animal Kingdom…and y’all, we’ll just tell you now…it’s a winner.

We popped on over to Zuri’s Sweets Shop in Animal Kingdom recently to see what was new there. And lo and behold, a new snack called out to us (yes, we heard angelic music when eyes landed on it). It’s the Peanut Butter & Jelly S’more for $6.29. It’s made with Graham Crackers and Marshmallow with Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jelly, and a Chocolatey Coating. And, yes, this baby lives up to the hype. First, we LOVE peanut butter, so we’re already in love with this thing.

But the layers of fillings are done so perfectly that you’ve got them all coming together for a virtual party in your mouth of creamy deliciousness with a nice crunch from the fresh graham crackers. These are the flavors you’ve loved since childhood, after all, with a few added flavors, like marshmallow and chocolate, which just takes everything up a notch, making for a decadent treat. Also, the chocolate this sandwich is dipped in? It’s the good stuff. However, it will melt, so you want to eat it FAST. And, hey, if you saw us licking our fingers after we ate it…mind ‘ya own business.

But y’all…there’s ANOTHER S’more treat that just arrived here. The Banana S’more for $6.29 is made with Graham Crackers and Marshmallows with a Banana-flavored Chocolatey Coating. If you’ve ever lived in the South and had a Banana Moon Pie…well, THIS is what it reminded us of. It’s got that chewy marshmallow center with the graham crackers on the bottom and top and dipped in white chocolate with a banana flavor.

Now, yes, this isn’t truly inventive, considering we can grab the banana moon pie in a grocery store, but if you happen to be in Animal Kingdom looking for a fun snack, this certainly fits the bill. However, if you’re just grabbing one treat here, the Peanut Butter & Jelly S’mores should be your first choice. Side note: We think Disney missed an opportunity to add peanut butter to this treat, too, because peanut butter and banana is also a great flavor combo.
