A forgotten attraction in Magic Kingdom just reopened — well, part of it reopened.
The lobby for The Hall of Presidents attraction in Liberty Square is now open!

You can walk around to view the artifacts while enjoying that sweet air conditioning.

What’s odd is that the Hall of Presidents currently has no reopening date. It closed in January 2025, and Disney has not provided any updates, details, or further information about what is happening inside. It’s common for the show to close around each presidential election to switch animatronics, but the lack of information has us questioning what’s happening inside.

Many have speculated that the attraction would permanently close, but Disney has not released any information to confirm or deny this.

The lobby is the queue for the attraction, and by opening it up to the public, it has us questioning whether the show is coming back or if Disney just wanted to add another cool-down spot to Magic Kingdom. We certainly won’t say no to hanging out in the air conditioning!

We’re going to be keeping an eye on this for any further news, but in the meantime, if you see us taking a quick rest in the lobby, don’t mind us! Hall of Presidents used to be one of our favorite relaxing (okay, and possibly napping) spots, so we miss our Magic Kingdom cool downs.
