Disneyland Resort is celebrating its 70th anniversary!
The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration runs from May 16th, 2025, through summer 2026. The celebration sees the return of some beloved shows and other limited-time entertainment, colorful decor, special food and beverages, exclusive merchandise, and more! We’ve been checking out the new eats, and we’re coming at ya with another review!
We stopped by the Outdoor Vending location behind Grizzly River Run at Disney California Adventure to grab the NEW 70th Anniversary Mango Chile Cotton Candy! You can grab a bag of this new treat for $6.99, and it’s a pretty decent helping. It’s available at the outdoor vending carts throughout the park.
We originally had our worries about the flavors of this cotton candy — we were expecting something spicy, tart, and not sweet. We are glad to have been proven wrong! This cotton candy is honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. It has a bit of a kick from the chile, (you can kind of see the speckles of it in the cotton candy), but it’s not spicy at all. It has a yummy tang from the tropical mango flavors. We loved the tartness mixed with the sweetness of the cotton candy. This was truly a hidden gem of a treat!
We’ll be on the lookout for more updates from Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration and more. In the meantime, make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for the latest Disney news!
