It’s Cool Kid Summer at Disney World! This special event has brought additional characters, activities, dance parties, and a whole lot more to the parks and beyond.
Stitch at COOL KID SUMMER
At Magic Kingdom, Stitch is hosting an all-new dance party, and Big Top Bash is happening over at Storybook Circus! Not only that, but there are fun activities for kids and adults alike — and we just sent a postcard to SPACE!
Cool Kid Summer is in full swing at Disney World, and we are HYPED. We’ve checked out all the special character appearances and dance parties, but there are also some fun, limited-time activities you’ll find around the parks. At the Merchant of Venus in Magic Kingdom, you can send a postcard to SPACE! This is to celebrate Disney and Pixar’s upcoming movie, Elio, premiering on June 20th.

Here, you’ll be given a postcard…

…and a separate sheet of stickers that you can decorate as you see fit.

Once you have your postcard decorated just how you like it (note that we were STOKED to go to space), you’ll hand it back to the Cast Member who will “send” it to space in a machine.

Then, your postcard pops back out with a stamp on it, noting that it did, in fact, totally, for realz, go to space.
