People spend MONTHS — sometimes years — planning their dream wedding. Maybe you’re all about the food (same). Maybe you want the perfect bouquet of flowers. Maybe you dream of a destination wedding, say, in Disney World? Well, Disney Fairytale Weddings has you covered! And it turns out a LOT goes into having the perfect Disney wedding. We got a firsthand look!

This is going to be FUN!
We visited the Disney Weddings Showcase at Disneyland Resort, where we got an up-close look at the gowns, desserts, and decorations. It was a BLAST! Wanna see some of our favorite parts? Spoiler alert: there’s a Star Wars MOUSSE involved, people.
The Disneyland Hotel just hosted a special Weddings Showcase event, and you won’t believe all the amazing things you can have at your Disney wedding.

YUM!
And yes, if you want good old Mickey waffles at your wedding, you can have them!

OK, now, let’s talk about the venues. Can you really get married INSIDE a Disney park? YES! Disney World offers weddings at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Deluxe Resorts, and even some Disney restaurants! Of course, Disney’s Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian Resort is one of the most famous locations, but you can also tie the knot at a bigger spot like Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Ballroom.

At Disneyland Resort, you can get married at the Rose Court Garden, in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle, or even in front of “it’s a small world.” How cool is that?!

Talk about a dream venue!
As you can see, we had a LOT of fun exploring all the ways you can splurge on a Disney wedding. Imagine riding to the altar inside THE Cinderella carriage!

10/10
Even if you don’t have the budget for a destination wedding, you can still bring some Disney magic to your wedding! Disney has a HUGE collection of wedding gowns ranging from mermaid-style dresses to fluffy ballgowns. They’re a lot of fun to look at, trust us.

The world is your oyster!
