Wellness Month at Disney Springs is being presented by AdventHealth and will feature new and returning offerings. There will be fitness classes at lululemon, fitness classes offered by Cirque du Soleil performers, Family Zumba classes, a photo tour, and much more!

Through Wellness Itineraries, you’ll find lots to do around Disney Springs! There’s a Find Your Balance itinerary for you to enjoy that features a yoga class at lululemon, shopping at lululemon and getting a special gift with any purchase, 10% off at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, and 10% off your purchase at Everglazed. Life is all about balance, so enjoying a mix of health with indulgence can be a good thing, and this itinerary proves it!
