A lot of amazing things are coming soon to Disney Parks all over the world.
Disneyland Paris will soon have its own version of a Frozen land, similar to the one in Hong Kong Disneyland. Shanghai Disney Resort just got an entire new land dedicated to Zootopia. Tokyo DisneySea is getting a BIG expansion called Fantasy Springs. While we’re on the subject of Tokyo Disney, some fun new events are coming to the resort this summer!
Tokyo Disney Resort announced a new summer event called “Get Soaked!” As part of the event, Baymax will be raising the energy level of guests along the Tokyo Disneyland parade route by spraying them with even more water than before. Toontown will also become “Get Soaked Toontown” with Get Soaked spots scattered throughout the land.
For those who love Splash Mountain, especially in the warmer summer months, you’ll be able to ride “Splash Mountain Get Soaked MAX” which promises even MORE water on the attraction. Disney said that “there will be an additional effect with more water being sprayed to make the drop even more exhilarating.” This new Get Soaked version will be available from July 2nd through September 18th.

The Country Bear Theater will bring back “Vacation Jamboree,” too! This special summer version of the show is returning after having been missing for five years. It will run from May 17th through November 7th.
Over at Tokyo DisneySea, Autopia will offer a “Aquatopia Get Soaked Version.” Plus you’ll see Cast Members carrying barrels at both parks to spray guests with cool mist. Sounds like Tokyo Disney Resort is super prepared for the summer!
“Cool” merchandise will also be available across the resort, while the Disney Ambassador Hotel will serve special menus featuring Mickey and friends enjoying summer activities. The Disney Resort Line will offer day passes with summery designs.
So if you happen to be at Tokyo Disney Resort this summer, you’ll find plenty of fun ways to stay cool and beat the heat!
