Disney World is looking to celebrate their Annual Passholders this summer during another V.I.Passholder event and we couldn’t be more excited!

In past years, we’ve seen exclusive passholder lounges, and Disney even teased an increase in discounts to select merchandise and restaurants. However, there’s another perk coming soon that we think you’ll LOVE!
Disney World just offered a sneak peek into this summer’s offerings for the V.I.Passholder days, which are set to start soon. From May 1st through June 26th, 2024, Disney World Annual Passholders will be treated to a few extra or increased perks just for being well… themselves!

We’ve grown a quick fondness for this event and look forward to its coming year after year now; however, there was only a brief tease to a highly anticipated freebie offered to Annual Passholders during this announcement: a new Passholder magnet!
In years past, Disney World has released exclusive magnets marking the occasion. These magnets are usually decorated with notable Disney characters on the front. We’ve seen these magnets released throughout the year (not just during V.I.Passholder Days), so we’re excited for a brand-NEW design!

Disney World Annual Passholders can access The Passholder Buzz within the My Disney Experience app to find the video announcement that includes a brief mention of the new magnet!
In the video announcement, we see a monorail running along the track with a brief display advertising the dates of the event followed by Mickey inside the letter “D”. Could this mean that the new magnet will be Monorail-themed?

The tease this year didn’t give us much information in the way of when these freebies will start to be passed out (and for how long), but we’re hoping for a more formal announcement to follow soon!
It’s likely that the new magnets will be available throughout V.I.Passholder Days (from May 1st through June 26th), but Disney hasn’t confirmed that. The magnets are usually distributed at Creations Shop in EPCOT, but again, we’re waiting for official confirmation that that will be the case for this new freebie.
