Recently, Disney announced the opening date for one of the FINAL parts of the EPCOT Transformation. Mark your calendars! CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza will open on June 10th, 2024 in EPCOT!

We’ve been keeping up with the latest updates and have seen quite a few recently! The Mickey & Friends meet and greet sign was installed and we even caught Disney testing some of the lighting outside. It looks like progress is ramping up because another crucial detail has been added ahead of the opening!
We’re getting closer and closer to the opening of CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT — and we’ve got a BIG sign to prove it! Literally. Disney installed the bathroom signs and the official CommuniCore Hall sign on the building! Check it out in this video below.

Disney must have added the sign overnight, because it was just yesterday that we spotted the new light features on the exterior of the building being tested and the CommuniCore Hall sign was nowhere in sight. But, here it is in all its glory! Just one more sign that this new festival hub is one step closer to opening.

In addition to the CommuniCore Hall sign, we also spotted a new bathroom sign for this area! More bathrooms in EPCOT is always a good thing, so we’re excited to see this sign pop up over here too.

We recently noticed new murals being added to the walls of the Hall, as well as the Mickey & Friends sign being added and new lights being tested, too!
