We think we just found a HINT about who will be performing at EPCOT’s Eat to the Beat concerts this year!

Eat to the Beat
The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is one of the most popular events in that park. A big part of the festival is the Eat to the Beat concerts that take place on the American Adventure pavilion stage. Although we don’t have the full concert schedule for 2024 yet, we just found a clue about one of the artists who will be performing this year!
One artist who has performed at several Eat to the Beat concerts in EPCOT in previous years is Sheila E. Sheila E. is a professional percussionist, singer, and songwriter. On the list of her 2024 tour dates, she included Orlando, FL, at Walt Disney World on September 20th and 21st, so it’s likely that she’ll be performing at Eat to the Beat on those dates!

Last year, Shelia E. performed at Eat to the Beat in November, so she’s a little bit earlier in 2024!

Eat to the Beat
If you want to reserve your spot to see Sheila E., you can purchase an Eat to the Beat Dining Package. Although the concerts are free, purchasing a Dining Package is how you can make sure your spot is reserved.
When you purchase a Dining Package, you will get lunch or dinner at the EPCOT restaurant of your choosing and same-day reserved seating at the Eat to the Beat concert that evening.

We’re still waiting on more details and information about the 2024 Eat to the Beat concerts, but we DO know that the NEW CommuniCore Hall and Plaza will likely be open for this year’s Food & Wine Festival! Those festival areas are opening in EPCOT on June 10th, and the Food & Wine Festival usually begins in late summer, around July. We’re still waiting for Disney to announce dates for the 2024 festival, though.

CommuniCore Plaza Construction — Mid-March 2024
It’s possible that we’ll see some more live music over in the Plaza (in addition to the Eat to the Beat concerts in World Showcase), as Disney has said that area will have performance stages.

CommuniCore Hall (the inside part) is going to have festival events like a demonstration kitchen, art exhibits, and a mixology bar.
