2023 wasn’t the best year for Disney at the box office, but we’ve got our fingers crossed for 2024!

Between Inside Out 2, Deadpool 3, and Mufasa: The Lion King, there are likely to be lots of Disney fans in the theaters this year. We’ve been looking forward to learning more about these upcoming films, and we could get new trailers VERY soon!

Deadline reports that it’s likely we’ll get a trailer for Inside Out 2 during the Super Bowl this year. It’s also possible that we see the first trailer for Deadpool 3 during one of the big game’s commercial breaks.

Disney has traditionally used its commercial spots during the Super Bowl to showcase upcoming Pixar and Marvel releases. This year, the company has a much smaller theatrical release schedule due to production delays from the writer and actor strikes, so the trailer options for Disney are more limited.

Besides Disney, other major studios could drop some trailers as well. Deadline predicts that we could see footage from A Quiet Place: Day One, Kung Fu Panda 4, Dune: Part Two, or Despicable Me 4. It looks like it’s going to be a big year for cinema in general!
