Disney Fans NEED to Check Their TV Screensavers Right Now 👀

Okay, who else is super excited about the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the Disney Treasure?

Seriously, y’all. This ship is going to be AMAZE-BALLS. It’s bringing us the first EVER Haunted Mansion-themed lounge! If that isn’t enough to make us giddy, we’re also getting a new Coco-themed restaurant and a Moana show. Like we can’t even! Well, we’re not the only ones getting stoked about the Disney Treasure…it looks like Roku is right there with us with our excitement.

If you have a Roku streaming device, you’re probably familiar with Roku City. Even if you don’t know what that’s called, you’ve probably seen the screensaver on your TV. It’s got a ton of pop culture Easter eggs and other references — you can even spot the TARDIS from Doctor Who if you look closely enough. In December, Cinderella Castle and the Partners statue popped up on the screensaver!

Well, we were watching Roku City recently and noticed a NEW addition to the screen. It’s the Disney Treasure! Yep, the Disney Treasure just officially took its maiden voyage…virtually through Roku City. Cool, right?

There she is!

Look closer, and you’ll see that the Disney Treasure is just outside Castaway Cay, the island Disney Cruise Line guests can visit. As we know, the Treasure will sail there.

Even the Hitchhiking Ghosts are there, ready to check out that Haunted Mansion lounge. Mickey and Minnie are in the background, sitting on the beach, while Miguel’s guitar leans against a palm tree.

There are all kinds of little Easter eggs to represent the Disney Treasure, which will start its maiden voyage in the REAL world on December 21st, 2024.
