Alright Marvel fans, have you ever thought about who inspired the Marvel actors to take on the art of acting?

The question may pop into your mind even more when you’re wandering around Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure, but it seems we have an insight into one of these inspirations because one Marvel actor just met her idol on the red carpet!
The Golden Globes happened recently, and Brie Larson, most known for playing Captain Marvel, spotted her idol on the red carpet.

She shared that she saw Jennifer Lopez in Selena and it made her want to act. The best part? She got to meet JLo on the red carpet! Larson was in an interview with Entertainment Tonight as JLo approached. “I can’t, I can’t, I’m gonna cry,” Larson said as she fanned her face.

“You mean SO MUCH to me!” she said to Lopez, as the two actors shared a hug. Many of the comments on the video share that since Brie Larson is usually very composed on the red carpet, so to see how much meeting JLo affected her, really shows how much it meant to her.
