Virtual Queue Details ANNOUNCED for Disney World’s Exclusive Annual Passholder Event

There are a few perks you get for being a Disney World Annual Passholder!

Annual Pass

Annual Passholders get discounts on Disney World merchandise and can often save a little at sit-down restaurants. Occasionally, Passholders also get early previews to new rides or attractions coming to the parks. But if you’re interested in some Passholder merchandise…we’ve got good news!

We previously shared that Disney is hosting an Annual Passholder Merchandise Event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex from September 20th-23rd.

During the event, Passholders can enjoy early access to purchase new trading pins and Pandora charms (including access to a special Pandora charm just for Disney World Resort Annual Passholders), 60% off select merchandise, photo opportunities, and even special food and beverage offerings! The event runs from 10AM to 7PM daily during that window.

If this merchandise event is on your radar, then we have an important update! All shopping will be done through a virtual queue, and the virtual queue can now be viewed in the My Disney Experience app. To join, simply open the app at 8AM on the day of your visit and go to the virtual queue section — once you join the queue, you’ll be assigned a group number. The group numbers are called in order and after your group is called, you have up to 2 hours to check in at the sports complex.
