Planning your next Disney trip?
We know there are so many things to have in mind when traveling with little ones. You’re constantly on the lookout for all of those travel essentials to take the stress out of the trip. We’ve got you covered! We found an option that you may want to consider if you need the gear while on your trip, but you aren’t able to get at all to your destination.
Are you planning a family trip to Disney World? With BabyQuip, you can make your travel experience hassle-free by renting baby gear that suits your needs. Whether it’s a car seat, crib, etc., they’ve got you covered. This can help take the stress out of travel, since it will help you from having to lug a household full of baby essentials on your plane on road trip.
Here’s how it works:
1. Plan: Simply enter your destination and travel dates on the BabyQuip website or app.
2. Browse: Search for specific gear and choose a quality provider who offers the items you need. BabyQuip ensures that all providers offer high-quality and safe equipment.
3. Checkout: Add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
But how do the deliveries work? Let’s find out:
Airport Deliveries:
If you want to hit the ground running as soon as your plane lands, BabyQuip can arrange for your rented gear to be delivered directly to the airport.
Your local Quality Provider (QP) will ask for your trip details in advance and monitor your flight status. Once you’ve landed, simply call or text your QP, and they will provide instructions on where to meet.
Hotels, Resorts, or Vacation Rental Properties:
BabyQuip delivers gear to all types of vacation accommodations. Your QP can coordinate with your vacation rental host or hotel concierge to have your gear ready and waiting for you before your arrival. Alternatively, you can choose to have the gear delivered once you’ve settled in. Either way, they can also set up your gear ahead of time. Just communicate your preference to your QP, which will ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Self-Pickup & Self-Return:
If you prefer more flexibility, BabyQuip also offers the option to pick up and return the rental gear yourself. When selecting a QP, make sure they provide self-pickup and self-return services. The approximate address will be shown before booking, and the exact address will be provided via email once your reservation is confirmed. Keep in mind that full-size folding cribs may not fit in all vehicles, so consult your QP for assistance.
BabyQuip is offered all over the nation, so this can apply to your Disney trip, your trip to the beach, your Christmas trip to see grandma, and so much more. There is a wide variety of items to choose from and prices vary based on brand, location, length of stay, and who you are renting from.
