Cast Members help make all of the magic happen at Disney World, and we couldn’t be more grateful for them.
Disney World Cast Members are leaving their mark permanently on an upcoming attraction at EPCOT!
With so many new things coming to Walt Disney World, the Cast Members have been working extra hard to keep the magic going. The transformation of World Celebration at EPCOT has been a long time coming, and we’re finally starting to see things finalize with the opening coming later this year.
The Walt Disney World Ambassadors recently posted photos of EPCOT Cast Members signing a steel beam on Instagram. This was an exclusive “#DisneyCastLife” opportunity. The steel beam will be a permanent part of a World Celebration building when the area fully opens in EPCOT later this year.
World Celebration will be the home of new festival areas, including CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza. The new spaces will play an integral part in EPCOT’s four annual festivals, which are highlights for Walt Disney World guests throughout the year! The beam that the Cast Members signed will likely be part of the CommuniCore Hall building.

The Walt Disney World Ambassadors are the spokespeople of the Walt Disney World Resort and help to organize events like this one for the over 65,000 Cast Members they represent. “The transformation of EPCOT is a historic time for the park,” the post reads. “Innovation on this scale is impossible without the dedication and support of our cast.”
The EPCOT cast members get to leave a permanent mark on this attraction, showcasing how their hard work makes an impact every day. “Here’s to the EPCOT worldwide family for making it happen!” the post concludes.
World Celebration is slated to open at EPCOT later this year. Make sure you’re following along with Disne yFood Blog for the latest updates on this transformation.
