Disney Springs is home to dozens of incredible restaurants that are all so different from one another, so on any given day, you and your party should have no trouble finding an option you all will enjoy.

We could eat these all day

City Works Eatery and Pour House is, in our opinion, one of the most underrated spots in the entire shopping and dining district, and we recently just stopped by to grab one of their offerings that isn’t obviously available to those looking to dine here quickly. It’s only available as part of a table service meal, or by going up to the host stand, but trust us when we say that the extra work is BEYOND worth it!

The Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks will cost you $15.95, and they’re filled with crab, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onion, and garlic, all wrapped in a freshly fried panko breading. It’s served with a firecracker sauce with sesame seeds mixed in, which is sweet with a faint spice that’s more in the aftertaste than the initial bite.

The thick coating gives these a nice crunchy texture that’s evenly fried. The filling is generous, and the strongest flavor is the crab, while the shrimp is more subtle. The cream cheese and mozzarella make a smooth and creamy blend, and the green onion and garlic add a savory taste to the overall bite. Now the firecracker sauce is what makes these taste like a genuine crab rangoon! The stick is still flavorful without it, but it definitely enhances the flavors, so if you’re a crab rangoon fan, you’ve got to run and grab these ASAP.

These are FANTASTIC

We love that this isn’t a messy snack at all, and they’re truly worth a visit to City Works alone, especially if you know you’re a big fan of the flavor profile. As a reminder, these are NOT on the walkup menu outside. They can either be ordered at the table service or to go at the host stand, which is what we did, and it took around 10-15 minutes. So don’t be fooled if you don’t see them on the walkup menu — they ARE there!
