100th Anniversary Sleeping Beauty Castle

It’s official — 2023 brings the 100th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Company, and Disneyland is celebrating in a BIG way. We’re talking new nighttime spectaculars, all kinds of merch, and TONS of food! We’ve got the FULL list of all the 100th Anniversary treats in Disneyland here, but now it’s time to head over to Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta to check out a special 100th Anniversary snack!

We’re heading over to Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta at Disney California Adventure! There’s a new 100th Anniversary item on the menu and we’ve been waiting to check this snack out since we first learned it was coming — the French Onion Dip Pizza.

How will it taste?

You can pick up this snack for $8.99. It’s a freshly baked slice made with Mozzarella, Gruyère, caramelized onion, and sliced roast beef served with a side of beef au jus. Is your mouth watering yet?

This looks SO yummy!

So what does it taste like? Well, it tastes exactly like a warm French onion dip sandwich! The onions were sweet, which contrasted well with the salty beef. We wished there was a little more beef, but other than that, we have no complaints. This pizza was delicious, and we definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of French onion dip.

It was as delicious as it looks!

The au jus was just your normal au jus, but it’s what really made it feel like you were eating a French dip sandwich. Everything on the pizza combines really well to make for one really good slice!
