Fittingly called the Resolution Cold Brew, this drink is a sweeter take on the classic cold brew. Everglade’s on-tap cold brew is tampered by the addition of white chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut flavoring in this new menu item for 2023.

We tried out this drink today and the combination of flavorings bring down the bitterness you sometimes taste in cold brew coffee. Despite this, we didn’t really taste any of the white chocolate or hazelnut. It pretty much was like drinking a vanilla cold brew!

If you like a slightly sweet cold brew that isn’t too bitter or too full of sugar you’ll like this — it’s a good middle of the road drink. However, if you usually stick to the mega-sugary coffee drinks or were buying this for the hazelnut or white chocolate aspects you’ll be disappointed. Those who want to try this mild cold brew can get their own from Everglazed for $8.
