What's New at Disney's Animal Kingdom: Merchandise For Underrated Disney Films

Disney World has been pretty busy as we’re wrapping up 2022 with new menu announcements, ticket price increases, and new merchandise to prep for the New Year! Now we’re headed into Animal Kingdom to see everything new we found this past week!

Animal Kingdom Food Updates

Satu’li Canteen

We tried the returning Peppermint Cream Cheese Mousse. This mousse was available for a limited time at Satu’li Canteen in Pandora – The World of Avatar for $5.79. This mousse is made of peppermint cream cheese mousse, peppermint sauce, peppermint candy pieces, and a dusting of chocolate on top.

Yummy!

Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Discovery Trading Company

To start us off in Animal Kingdom, we went shopping at Discovery Trading Company! We found this 100th Anniversary Baseball Hat for $29.99.

This hat is just one piece of the collection celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.

We’ve already seen several pieces of this collection popping up online.

Riverside Depot

Over in Riverside Depot, we found this Zootopia Priscilla Sloth Plush for $19.99.

For $19.99, we also found this Judy Hopps Plush…

We love Judy!

… and a Nick Wilde Plush also for $19.99. Both of these are restocked items.

If you’re needing to stay warm, we found this Oliver and Company Sweater for $69.99.

Ziwani Traders

Next, we went to Ziwani Traders where we found several new plushes! The first was this Lion King-inspired plush of Nala for $29.99.

To go along with our lion, we found this Gorilla Plush for $19.99.

We love this!

To help grow our personal zoo, we also grabbed this Hippopotamus Plush for $24.99

To round off our collection, we found this African Wild Dog Plush for $19.99.

We love him!

After we finished building our plush collection, we decided to check out what was happening over on Pandora in the Valley of Mo’ara.

In WindTraders on Pandora, we found this Swimming Avatar Ornament for $24.99

Since the weather has gotten colder, we also spotted this Long Sleeve Avatar-inspired Shirt for $44.99.
