NEW restaurants are coming to Disney World soon!

Let’s head to the Boardwalk.

In 2023, Summer House on the Lake is set to open in Disney Springs, The Cake Bake Shop will open at Disney’s BoardWalk, and Roundup Rodeo BBQ will open in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. But another Disney spot might be opening up even sooner!

Carousel Coffee is the name of the NEW coffee and snack spot that’ll be opening soon — it’s located just off of the lobby at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn resort. We already got a look at the FULL menu (with prices) for this spot.

But when we stopped by today (December 26th), we saw another exciting update — the sign is officially in place!

Ooo! It’s Up!

The sign has a very simple and classic design, with just some shapes in alternating colors around the words “Carousel Coffee.”

And through one window we could see a lighting fixture, but not much else.

Carousel Coffee will offer bagels, banana bread, croissants, and other pastries, along with various breakfast items and coffee.

An exact opening date has not yet been revealed, but a Cast Member we chatted with shared that they expect the spot will open very soon. The Cast Member indicated that they were hoping to open before Christmas, but shipping delays caused that date to be pushed back. Granted, this is just what we heard from one Cast Member, so take that all with a grain of salt, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on this spot over the next few days/weeks and will share full details when it opens.
