There is a lot to love about Disney in the United States, from the theme parks to finding a Disney store in your local Target, but there are also SO many other fun Disney things all around the world!
In the past, we’ve checked out an awesome Mickey-shaped snack in Seoul, South Korea, visited several restaurants at Tokyo Disneyland, and more. And now, we just checked out a very cool Disney dining experience over in Japan — come along with us to see it for yourselves!
A member of the DFB team was recently in Tokyo, Japan and visited the Hikarie Department Store in the Shibuya ward of the city. Inside the store is Disney Harvest Market!
This market has been open for about a year and has some super cute Disney details.
There is a retail part of the market that sells a bunch of Disney merchandise.
And there is also the food part of the market!
The dining area is SO fun — there’s literally a giant Mickey in the middle!
Here’s a closer look. Doesn’t he look dapper in his red scarf?
We checked out some of the seating, and found some hidden Mickeys on the wall!
At some of the tables, you can even sit WITH Mickey!
Look at his nose, it looks like a ladybug landed on it!
The food here is relatively healthy, with low salt and low sugar options.
Here’s a closer look at the menu! There are some meals like pasta…
…a mushroom burger…
…and teriyaki chicken.
There are also some coffee options!
For food, we grabbed a bunch of different things to try!
We got a Goofy Style Latte…
…and a Mickey drink, which was a citrus and mint squash, and a Donald drink, which was a ginger and pineapple squash.
For food, we got the Pluto Style Curry-flavored Roasted Potatoes and Cauliflower…
…the Harvest Rice Plate with Teriyaki Chicken…
…the Vegetable Layered Gratin with Low-Carb Bread and a Small Salad…
…and the Whole Tomato, Chicken, and Kale Pomodoro Spaghettini.
This is a cool spot to check out if you’re in the Shibuya ward of Tokyo and want a little big of Disney magic for your meal!
For more on Disney all over the world, come with us to eat at Tomorrowland Terrace in Tokyo Disneyland, check out the NEW Pixar show coming to Disneyland Paris, and see more about Shanghai Disneyland closing again due to COVID-19.
