PHOTOS: Spaceship Earth Got a NEW 'Frozen'-Themed Light Show in EPCOT!

The holidays have been in full swing in Disney World for quite a while already, but over in EPCOT the Festival of the Holidays has officially kicked off!

It’s time for the Festival of the Holidays!

We’ve been making our way around the World Showcase and more, tasting all the new eats and drinks at the fest this year. You’ll find plenty of exclusive merchandise and entertainment at the fest as well — and one very special, brand-new light show is taking place at Spaceship Earth. Come check it out with us!

Disney announced that a NEW light show would be coming to Spaceship Earth as part of the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, and we couldn’t wait to check it out! You might remember that as part of Disney World’s 50th anniversary, Disney debuted a new light show at Spaceship Earth that’s part of the “Beacons of Magic.” But now, that show is getting a holiday makeover and we’re sharing it with you!

Imagineers created this new light display inspired by winter, with images such as candles, snowflakes, and the northern lights.

During the special light sequence, we also heard “When We’re Together” playing, which you may remember from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, which was a Frozen holiday short film featuring Olaf’s search for a new holiday tradition.

If you want to catch this new light show, make sure you’re near Spaceship Earth after the sun goes down — that’s when the show starts at varying intervals!
