STAY CALM. IT’S HAPPENING.
Disney announced at this year’s D23 Expo that an exciting new character duo would make their appearance at Disneyland soon, and now the time has finally arrived! Come with us to see the Mandalorian and Grogu (BABY YODA) in Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge!
The first hint that we’d get to meet Mando and Baby Yoda came at the D23 Expo, and then Disney announced that they’d be in the park on November 18th. So of course we rushed into Galaxy’s Edge to meet them!

The Mandalorian was dressed in his classic armor, and Grogu was hanging out in a pouch slung over his shoulder.
We got to chat with Mando a bit, and we said hello to Baby Yoda too. The animatronic can make sounds and move around a little bit, and it was fun to see him “interact” with guests.
Disney hasn’t announced how long Mando and Grogu will stick around, so head into Disneyland ASAP if you want to meet them! And don’t forget to make your Park Pass Reservations before you go.
We’ll keep watching for more Disneyland news, so stay tuned to DFB for all the latest updates.
