Over in Disneyland Park, Mickey’s Toontown has been closed for a complete reimagining, and we learned quite a few updates about the project at the last D23 Expo. Unfortunately, Disney had remained quiet on when Toontown might reopen — until now!

Mark your calendars, because Mickey’s Toontown is reopening in Disneyland Park on March 8th, 2023!

ToonTown…more like PARTYTown!

The new Toontown will feature reimagined attractions like Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Gadget Coaster, plus the Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be opening on January 27th, 2023. Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin will return as well!

Also coming to Mickey’s Toontown are Cafe Daisy and Good Boy! Grocers, two new dining locations featuring some of your favorite Disney characters.

CenTOONial Park will welcome guests with two interactive play experiences, and Goofy’s How-To-Play Yard is a “whimsical sound garden where kids will discover new ways to make wacky noises, as well as enjoy an all-new, elevated clubhouse.”

Goofy’s House will allow kids to play with a candy-making contraption, and Donald’s Boat and Donald’s Duck Pond will feature all sorts of water toys and elements that kids can make a splash in. Of course, guests will once again be able to step inside Mickey’s House and Minnie’s House, too!

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is coming to Disneyland in 2023!
