A NEW Google Feature May Come to the US — And It Will Tempt You to Travel By Train

Booking a trip can really be a hassle.

You’ve got to decide on your destination, book your accommodations, figure out how you’re getting there, and the list goes on. You can choose to face the high gas prices and drive to your destination, or maybe you’re choosing to fly. But what about trains? No need to pay attention to the road AND an easier boarding process than most airlines? Sounds like a dream. Sometimes it can be difficult to find trains that could get you to your destination, but thanks to Google, finding train routes has just become a lot easier.

You can now search for train routes on Google when planning a trip!

If you’ve ever wanted to travel a little more scenically, this is the way to do it. Just put in your origin, destination, departure date, and quote and you’ll be on your way.

However, there’s a bit of a twist — at this time, only trains in India are available as origins and destinations. So for most of us, we’ll have to wait for this feature to be expanded into other countries and regions. It’s possible that the feature will expand into more countries soon!
