Are you hungry? Cause if not, you’re about to be.
In the past year, EPCOT has had some pretty major food additions. We’ve seen new restaurants like La Crêperie de Paris, Space 220, and even Connections Eatery. Since those spots have opened, some have already started to make changes and add new menu items…and now there’s a brand-new special SAUCE you’ll want to try on your next visit!
At Connections Eatery recently, we noticed this new pump labeled mysteriously “Zesty Signature Sauce.” What could it be?!
Of course, we had to try this new mystery sauce. And boy, we were NOT disappointed! It reminded us of a ranch sauce with a little bit of dill and some zesty spice. Zesty seems to be the right description, because it wasn’t spicy in the traditional sense.
It’s an orange sauce and it’s very thin, about the consistency of a salad dressing. The reporter who tried it absolutely LOVED it, saying that she would drink it, she liked it so much. That’s a rave review right there!
The sauce would probably go well with a number of items on the Connections Eatery menu, but we’d be particularly interested to try it on the Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich or the kids’ Chicken Strips. Although, let’s be honest — we’d dip our fries in it too!
Have you tried the ZESTY SIGNATURE SAUCE at Connections Café in EPCOT?
Wow we love this. It’s kinda like ranch with a little bit of dill and some zesty spice. While zesty, it’s not burn-your-face spicy.

So if this sounds like something you’d like, make sure to pick up a little cup on your next visit. It’s located in the condiments area with the other sauces. We’ll definitely be tasting this again in the future!
Stay tuned to DFB for more food updates from Disney World, including the news from new and upcoming restaurants. Our next big restaurant opening will be Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios. It’s scheduled to open before the end of the year, and we can’t wait!
