For months, gas prices were on the rise all across the United States, and now we’re finally starting to see them decrease. For individuals who prefer to travel by air, the air travel industry has seen hundreds of flight delays and cancellations, with some airlines choosing to stop flying certain routes altogether. With plane ticket prices higher than normal, it can be hard to feel like you’ve found a good deal. Luckily, a few airlines are offering some deals and discounts that can help you save a little money on your next flight.

One of those airlines is Alaska Airlines. From now until 11:59PM PT on August 4th, you can SAVE on planet tickets with Alaska. That means that you can get one-way tickets for as low as $39 as part of their Take-Care Sale.

This deal does not apply to all flights from all airports, so be sure to check the Alaska Airlines website to see if your trip is eligible. There is no discount code required to book these low fares, all you need to do is head to the Alaska Airlines site and you’ll see the information for the sale right there on the landing page.

Alaska Airlines isn’t the only airline to offer deals like this. We’ve seen several deals recently from Frontier Airlines that have now expired, and even a super limited time deal from JetBlue that will allow you to get $25 off of one-way flights until today at 11:59PM. JetBlue has also been the subject of much conversation lately as the carrier recently announced plans for a merger with Spirit Airlines. This deal comes just shortly after Spirit cancelled its proposed merger deal with fellow budget airline Frontier.
