Wow, we’ve seen a lot of Disneyland news recently!

We’ve heard that two fireworks shows will be returning for Disneyland’s holiday season, as well as seen the merchandise that will be coming to the parks. While most of the offerings that were stopped due to the COVID-19 Pandemic are back in the parks, there are still a few offerings that are just making their return. One of which just made its return on June 21st — that’s right, this Disneyland All-American College Band is BACK!

The Disneyland All-American College Band made its return to Disneyland Park on June 21st, just in time to celebrate 50 years of performing on Main Street, U.S.A. The band dates back to 1971, and the tradition is that the Disneyland All-American College Band (AACB) is comprised of 21 college musicians from around the country. For 11 weeks, they perform in the parks as Cast Members. This year’s band represents 13 universities across 10 states and has band members ranging from ages 21 through their early 30s.

The last band performed in the park in 2019, so this is the first time Disneyland is seeing these performers in 2 years! The band members are known for their perfected musical performances, but also learn choreography to bring the classic Disney soundtracks to life. See their introduction video below!
