Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cookie

It’s no secret, we LOVE Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs! This spot is known for its MASSIVE cookies and cake slices that could satisfy even the most powerful sweet tooth. One of the many awesome things about Gideon’s is that in addition to their regular menu items, they also release monthly flavors that keep us coming back for more…as if we needed another reason to grab a giant cookie!

If you’re solidly on “team chocolate and peanut butter,” we’ve got some great news. Gideon’s Bakehouse has announced that the May limited-edition cookie flavor is Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cookie

This nearly 1/2-pound cookie is made with a combination of peanut butter dough swirled with triple chocolate dough. Plus, it’s topped with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and house-made candied peanuts. We tried this cookie last year when it was the monthly flavor for March 2021 and, spoiler alert, it DEFINITELY lived up to the hype, so we’re excited to see it return!

But wait, there’s more! In addition to the cookie, Gideon’s will also be serving up a new cake flavor for the month of May. Meet the Peanut Butter & Jelly Cake! The cake features three layers of vanilla cake as the “bread,” smothered in peanut butter buttercream and filled with channels of grape jelly!

Both the cookie and the cake slice have a limit of 2 per person, and they’ll be available at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs every day in May while supplies last! Be sure to snag these ultra-rich treats while you can and let us know which one is your favorite!
