Disney World’s 50th Anniversary has been filled with new attractions, restaurants, rides, merchandise, and more. But the celebrations aren’t done yet!

Disney World already has some pretty cool after-hours events that let you experience the parks in a totally unique way. We’ve seen the return of an exclusive DVC after-hours event, and Typhoon Lagoon recently announced dates and registration for their after-hours event. Now, Disney has announced a new event for the 50th Anniversary that’s exclusively for a very well-deserving group of people!
Jeff Vahle, the President of Walt Disney World Resort, just announced a new event that’s coming to the parks this summer. The event is called EARidescent Evenings (after the signature color from the 50th Anniversary Celebration) and it’s only for Cast Members!
Cast Members, or Disney employees, will be able to attend special events in the Disney World parks all summer long! The HUB will have more information about EARidescent Evenings, so Cast Members should check there for updates.

We’re so happy to see that Disney is doing something to appreciate the people who make the magic happen every day. Disney hasn’t released many more details about this new event, so we’ll be on the lookout for more updates. Stay tuned to DFB for all the latest Disney news!
