Easter has almost arrived in Disney World!

We’ve been seeing tons of delicious and adorable Easter-themed treats all around Disney World like this Easter Cookie Sandwich and a Cookies and Cream Cheesecake! However, Disney isn’t letting up with the treats, and we have another Easter dessert to try!
We tried the Spring Into Easter dessert at Endzone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort! It’s a Strawberry Mousse with Blueberry Compote and Lemon Curd on a Vanilla Cake! It was $5.99, and it was DELICIOUS. Also, it was adorable!
It’s so cute!
The strawberry mousse is fluffy and tastes like fresh strawberries. The blueberry compote was full of fresh blueberries, too! The fruit was also not overly-sweetened. The lemon curd was nice and subtle, offering just a hint of tart. The thin vanilla cake layer on the bottom also provided a stable base for all the fruity goodness. It’s a very refreshing snack perfect for spring or summer!
Loads of fruit flavor!
We will say this, though — the little sugar Thumper piece was VERY sweet. We’re glad it was a small garnish and not a bigger part of the treat! Overall, though, this is a great snack for berry lovers who aren’t looking for a super sweet dessert.

If you want to try the Spring Into Easter dessert, it’s available at all 3 of the All-Star resorts in Disney World. We’ll keep trying all of the treats that pop up in Disney World so you don’t have to, so stay tuned to DFB for more!
