It’s almost Easter and Disney World is already celebrating!
We’ve seen a whole new booth open up at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa selling festive treats, like baby chick cupcakes and hot cross buns, as well as some GIANT decorative chocolate eggs in the lobby themed to different Disney characters. We have also seen the return of the Bunny Butts around the parks and resorts, and we just found ANOTHER Bunny Butt treat that we just had to try!
Check out this Bunny Butt Cookies and Cream Cheesecake!
We found the treat over at Beach Club Marketplace at Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
It’s a cookies and cream (AKA Oreo) cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust, topped with a white chocolate bunny butt and a couple carrot decorations.
We absolutely LOVED this treat! The Oreo cheesecake is not overly sweet and it’s super creamy — you can actually still see the chunks of actual cream cheese in the cake.
The Oreo crust on the bottom has a nice crunch to it compared to all of the other soft textures and also adds another layer of flavor.
The top of the cheesecake has a layer of milk chocolate to hold the Oreo cookie crumbs on top that act as the dirt to the bunny and the carrots. The chocolate here adds a delicious richness to the dessert!
Be aware that this is a pretty large treat, so it gets really rich after a few bites due to all of the chocolate — it would be a great item to share with a friend!
If you’re an Oreo and cheesecake lover this is an absolute must try! But, if you like Oreo but not cheesecake, we wouldn’t suggest this one because the tangy cheesecake flavor is definitely prominent.
If you want to try this festive cheesecake out for yourself, you can get it over at Beach Club Marketplace for $5.99. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World food news and reviews.
