Everything You Can Get at Gideon’s Bakehouse This Month ONLY in Disney Springs

There is so much to see and do at Disney Springs. From the shopping, to the entertainment, to the amazing food offerings, you could spend an entire day there and still not see everything!

One Disney Springs fan-favorite is Gideon’s Bakehouse, where each month features new and exciting limited-time menu items, and Gideon’s just shared this month’s Limited Edition flavors and merchandise!

It seems like April is going to be all about coconut at Gideon’s!

The limited edition cookie flavor for this month is the Toasted Coconut Caramel cookie! This cookie is Gideon’s classic chocolate chip cookie dough mixed with their homemade salted caramel and coconut cream. Then, the cookie is topped with shaved toasted coconut flakes (can you say yum?)! This cookie is available at both the Disney Springs location, and the original location in East End Market.

Gideon’s doesn’t just stop at cookies, though, they also offer cake slices! This month, only on the weekends, you can get a slice of Gideon’s Coconut Cream Cake. This cake is three layers of vanilla cake with coconut cream buttercream and salted caramel, all covered with coconut shavings. This cake slice can also be found at both locations every Saturday and Sunday in April!

Gideon’s Bakehouse also sells merchandise! This month, they have a new coconut and sandalwood candle (limited to only 1000 pieces!) and a new t-shirt themed after one of their characters, Lydia Lovecraft. Both the candle and the shirt are available online and in-store. Lydia Lovecraft is also featured on this month’s art print (limited to 150 pieces and only available online!), which is signed by the artist. More information about Lydia and her backstory is coming tomorrow, according to the Gideon’s Bakehouse Instagram.
