March is in full swing, which means St. Patrick’s Day is coming up! We can’t wait to be decked out in green and pinch ourselves from all the fun events and delicious eats available around Disney World.
Eating green doesn’t mean you have to just stick to broccoli and asparagus! We’ve already talked about the BIG Raglan Road celebration happening for St. Patrick’s Day, and now another Disney Springs restaurant is joining in on the fun with some limited-time Irish eats!
City Works Eatery & Pour House in Disney Springs is getting some Irish-inspired food and drink items for a limited time! From March 10th-17th, you can choose from three classic Irish recipes and three specialty drinks.
Their new St. Paddy’s Day-inspired menu includes dishes like Irish Nachos, made with a bed of chips topped with house-made corned beef, hardwood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and best of all, IPA cheese sauce.
The Pastrami Reuben is another new dish, piled-high with house-made pastrami, swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and bacon-braised sauerkraut, on marble rye bread.
Also on the menu is a classic Shepherd’s Pie, made with stout-braised ground beef. It’s packed with vegetables like peas, carrots, onions, shredded cabbage, and finished with potato puree. But the fun doesn’t stop there! There will also be three custom alcohol blends on this limited-time-only menu.
If you’re a fan of Guinness, then these new drink options will be right up your alley! Dark Side of The Moon is a mix of Blue Moon and Guinness, Snakebite features Angry Orchard Crisp Apple mixed with Guinness, and last but not least, Voodoo will include Reubaus and Guinness.
These new entrees and specialty drinks are only available for a week, so be sure to pop over to eat in Disney Springs soon. Check out DFB for more Disney restaurant news!
