Hello again from the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! We’re eating our way around the world and sharing all the details with you.
Over at the Pineapple Promenade booth, there are quite a few tropical drinks to try, along with some classic snacks. We found some new beverages at this booth, so let’s check ’em out!
This Outdoor Kitchen is keeping things classic with a simple snacks menu, but the drinks menu is where you’ll find a lot more options.
We’ve enjoyed the eats here in the past, so let’s see how this year’s booth measures up!
Menu
The food offerings have stayed the same here, although the Mixed Berry Buttermilk Cake from 2021 is missing from this year’s menu.
Most of the exciting (and new) offerings are down on the Beverages menu!
Food
The main dish on this menu is the Spicy Hot Dog with Pineapple Chutney and Plaintain Chips for $8, which we’ve had before. The sweetness from the pineapple chutney goes really well with that spicy hot dog, and the plantain chips add a great crunch!
The only other food item on this menu is a classic pineapple DOLE Whip, which needs no introduction. It’s just like the ones you’ll find at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom — fruity, creamy, and delicious. You can get one from this booth for $5.75.
Can’t beat the classic pineapple treat!
Beverages
There are TWO new drinks at the Pineapple Promenade this year! First up is the Hazy Pebbles Fruity Hazy Milkshake IPA, which you can get for $5 (for a 6 oz pour) or $9 (for a 12 oz pour).
Our reporter (who isn’t a fan of IPAs) didn’t enjoy this drink very much. It definitely didn’t taste very fruity (or at all like a milkshake), and it had a pretty good bite at the end. But if you enjoy IPAs, we think this is a nice and refreshing option! It’s a pretty strong beer, so you’ve got to be a fan of that beer flavor to enjoy this.

The DOLE Whip with mango cream liqueur is another new drink here, and this one was a much sweeter option! The classic tropical treat with an even more tropical addition is sure to transport you to a beach somewhere. You can get it for $12.
The DOLE Whip part of this is just the normal pineapple flavor, and the mango liqueur pairs perfectly with it. The flavors together are very delicious, and this is one of the most refreshing treats we’ve had at this festival.
If you thought we could make it through the day without a DOLE Whip, think again 😏 This one’s topped with mango cream liqueur and can be found at Pineapple Promenade 🥭🍍 pic.twitter.com/yoxa5fGjUC

It’s definitely a little boozy, so be prepared for a bit of a kick!
Back again this year is the Dole Whip with Pineapple Fanta for $6.25, which has a LOT of pineapple flavor. It’s great for fruit-lovers out there!
The Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade is a returning DFB favorite, and you can grab one for $4.50. This drink is not too sweet, but it’s still very flavorful with slight floral notes.
The Violet Lemonade Ale for $5 (6 oz pour) or $9 (12 oz pour) has a little bit of a fruity flavor, which mixes well with the slightly sour ale.
The Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Pineapple Wine for $12 has a strong pineapple flavor and is very sweet! This is a popular choice at this booth, especially on hot days because it’s so refreshing.
Finally, there’s the Tropical Hefe Wheat Ale for $5 (6 oz pour) or $9 (12 oz pour)! If all the beers sound delicious to you, you can get the Pineapple Beer Flight for $10 to try a little of everything.
Whew, that is a LOT of pineapple — but we’re certainly not mad about it!
Overall
If you’re looking for a tropical and refreshing drink (or snack), this is the perfect booth to visit. And it gets extra points for having a few different DOLE Whip options on the menu! That new DOLE Whip with mango cream liqueur is a winner in our books, and we’ll definitely be back to try it again soon. The Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade is still one of our favorite drinks since it’s not too sweet but still has awesome flavor (and it’s GORGEOUS).
