Disney World has a lot of secrets!
There are hidden Mickeys ALL over the resort, secret menu items, and even secret ride hacks. Yesterday, we told you about a secret popcorn you can get right now in Disney World, and today, we tried it out for ourselves!
Over at Kat Saka’s Kettle in Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can find some unique popcorn! There is the Outpost Popcorn Mix, which is a mix of sweet and savory flavors, and then there’s Buttered Blue Grains, which is just buttered popcorn, but it’s BLUE!
Yesterday, Disney posted this video on TikTok for National Popcorn Day talking about a new secret popcorn mix at Kat Saka’s. In order to get the mix, you have to ask the Cast Members, “Have you seen a mouse?” So, we went right on over and asked the question!
@disneyparks We’re celebrating National #Popcorn Day with a Mouse Droid in a galaxy far, far away 🍿💫 #Disney #DisneyParks #DisneyWorld #GalaxysEdge #StarWars
It turns out, the secret mix is just a blend of both grains of popcorn! The Blue Buttered Grains are mixed in with the Outpost Popcorn Mix so you can have the best of both worlds, or both the light side and the dark side, depending on how you feel about the Outpost Mix (which people definitely have strong opinions about!).
Not only do you get both flavors, but they come inside a droid popcorn bucket!!
This is the MSE-6 “Mouse” Droid, which is a popcorn bucket you can only get in Hollywood Studios.
Now we get why we had to ask about a mouse in order to get this secret snack!
If you want to try out this special mix for yourself and get a really cool popcorn bucket, head on over to Galaxy’s Edge! You can pick it up for $19.99.
